Access request privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle information submitted through the Accrawl access request form.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, optional organisation, and what you tell us about how you would use Accrawl. We also create and temporarily store pseudonymous identifiers—codes derived from your IP address and browser information—to help prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use your access request to assess whether we can offer an invitation and to contact you about Accrawl. We use the pseudonymous identifiers to protect the request form from abuse.
How long we keep your information
We keep access requests for up to 12 months and abuse-prevention records for up to 48 hours.
Where we process your information
We process access-request information in Google Cloud regions in Europe. We do not sell access-request information.
Your choices
To request a copy or deletion of your access-request information, email privacy@accrawl.com.
